Join Holistic Consultation and Andi Yates on 11/13 in exploring trauma and healing practices through orchid care and cultivation.

Through this meditative practice, participants will learn about the effects of trauma and healing practices.

This class also offers opportunities to engage in mindfulness while repotting and working with plants.

Classes will be small so group members will have opportunities to interact with the therapist during class. Each participant will leave with a potted orchid of their choice.

This class will take place on 11/13, at 9:30 am and 11 am. Registration is open – email andi@holisticconsultationllc.com or call 614-607-0980 to reserve your space.

Grow Through What You Go Through: Plant Therapy Workshop, April 17th

Join Holistic Consultation for a therapeutic workshop starring houseplants. While houseplants are known to improve air quality and aesthetics in the home, plants, and gardening also significantly improve mental health. In this workshop, participants will learn to practice self-care and mindfulness by exploring the world of houseplants and gardening.

Participants will select a plant, learn about its care, and explore houseplants as a therapeutic hobby.

Join Andi Yates, MA, MFT to relax and decompress together, and leave with a new plant friend.

Grow Through What You Go Through Workshop

Special thanks to everyone who attended our inaugural “Grow Through What You Go Through” plant therapy workshop earlier this month hosted by Andi Gregorek, MA, MFT.
