Groups
Building Balance
Based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) developed by Marsha Linehan, Building Balance seeks to help increase balance in your life through mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. This group focuses on introducing tangible skills to address a wide variety of concerns and is a perfect complement to ongoing therapy. The skills in this group build off of each other so it is offered as a closed group only. So, once participants sign up to attend, additional participants will not be permitted until a new group begins.
This group will be on Mondays at 6 pm beginning 1/25 for 9 weeks.
Addressing Grief and Loss
This group is a free weekly group that will be offered every Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. beginning on January 28th, 2021 via telehealth and lasting 8 weeks. This group is sensitive in nature and is offered as a closed group only. So, once participants sign up to attend, additional participants will not be permitted until a new group begins. This group will explore and discuss the participants’ experiences in losing a loved one in death, relationships, health, employment, pets, and more. Psychosocial and theoretical education will also be provided.

Workshops
Finding Meaning and Balance
Join Pam and Angela as we explore psycho-education, healing modalities, evidence-based theories, and belief systems. This workshop is aimed at helping clients find balance with managing mental health symptoms as well as finding meaning, self-forgiveness and spiritual growth.
“Find your true purpose, live it, do it, give it and be it. You will benefit others and the by-product is a richer, rewarding life. If you are obedient to your natural gifts and talents, you will never get tired of doing it. This doesn’t mean it won’t be difficult of challenging, but you will be successful and fulfilled because you are finally aligned with your true purpose.” -Author unknown
