Your Privacy Matters: Our Commitment to Confidentiality
At Holistic Consultation, we take your privacy seriously, and we want you to feel confident in the confidentiality of your counseling sessions.
Rest assured, we adhere to all HIPAA guidelines to ensure the utmost privacy and security of your personal information. Should you ever choose to share your information with an outside agency or individual, we will require your authorization through a Release of Information form.

We provide services on self-pay basis which includes a time of service discount. A sliding fee discount application is also available for those who qualify.
We are also in network with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Medical Mutual, Optum, OSU Student Health Insurance (Healthsmart), OSU Faculty & Staff Insurance (Luminare), and Optum/United Healthcare at their contracted rates.
A $30 fee will also apply for each medical record, client form and/or documentation letter requested. A copy of our complete financial policy can be found here.

Unfortunately, we do not offer ESA (Emotional Support Animal) Letters at this time. If you are interested in securing an ESA letter, please reach out to your Primary Care Physician.
Clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much medical care will cost.
Under federal law, health care providers need to provide clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. If you would like a Good Faith Estimate please reach out to us. We are happy to provide.
