Financial Policy Reminder

Clients who carry insurance should remember that professional services are rendered and charged to the client and not to the insurance company.  Primary insurance is billed by our office as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for full payment if the claim is denied by insurance. Holistic Consultation does not submit claims to secondary or tertiary insurance carriers.

Insurance companies may also allow us to bill not only therapy, but also for test administration, scoring and case complexity. Insurance will be billed for these services according to benefits and normal copays/deductibles may apply.
