Meet Hannah Swarm, MSW, LSW

As a queer and gender-affirming therapist, Hannah's clinical interests include childhood attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.

Hannah is passionate about human rights and believes in every individual’s right to make choices that honor their true selves.

Her approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, prioritizing a safe, supportive space where clients feel valued, understood, and encouraged.

Hannah holds a Master’s of Social Work from The Ohio State University, specializing in mental health and substance misuse.

Hannah currently offers services full-time from our Clintonville location and through teletherapy.
