Specializing in working with individuals with ADHD, Holly helps her clients increase self-awareness and develop personalized strategies to manage attention, organization, and impulsivity.
In addition, Holly is deeply passionate about empowering women as they navigate the challenges of motherhood, women's health, stress management, and significant life transitions.
She is dedicated to helping her clients overcome the weight of anxiety and depression, offering compassionate support, creative approaches and evidence-based strategies to foster emotional well-being.
Holly earned her bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of Oklahoma and her master's degree in Social Work with a focus on mental health and substance misuse from The Ohio State University. She brings 15+ years’ experience in the field of education working with youth and their families in elementary education, higher education and outdoor education.
Holly is licensed in Ohio and currently offers services full-time through teletherapy.
