With extensive experience working with adults, Kimberly supports clients through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, body image, life transitions, and trauma.
As an EMDRIA trained therapist, her specializations include attachment-related concerns, trauma recovery, and fostering a deep sense of safety and trust within the therapeutic process.
Kimberly brings a wealth of expertise in attachment-focused and depth-oriented psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma and body-based therapies, mindfulness practices, and insight-based therapies that promote healing and personal transformation.
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervisory designation, Kimberly earned her Master of Mental Health Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, KS.
Kimberly offers services full time through teletherapy.
