Mia specializes in working with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, body image struggles, and self-esteem concerns.
She is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life's challenges. She believes deeply in the power of collaboration, working alongside you to identify meaningful goals and create lasting, positive changes.
Mia’s therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and The Gottman Method for couples therapy.
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Mia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kent State University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton.
Mia offers services full time from our Clintonville location and through teletherapy.
