Meet Maria Ponzi, MSW, LISW

With over 20 years of experience, Maria brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work with adolescents, adults, and couples.

She specializes in helping clients break free from the grip of anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem while addressing substance use and relationship or marriage concerns.

Maria’s strength-based approach is rooted in compassion and empowerment. Her practice also focuses on helping clients overcome challenges related to self-esteem, life transitions, and women’s issues.

Holding a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University and currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior at Capella University, Maria’s diverse background spans health promotion, chronic illness, substance use, forensic counseling, hospital social work, and foster care.

Maria currently offers services part-time via teletherapy.
