Pam brings a wealth of experience from her work in culturally sensitive community mental health, where she has supported adults, couples, and families through a wide range of complex mental health challenges.
Trained in EMDR and specializing in schizophrenia, Pam combines evidence-based techniques with a deep commitment to fostering her clients' growth and healing.
Her current areas of expertise include depression, body image concerns, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, codependency, and trauma.
Pam’s approach is rooted in a holistic, mind-body-spirit framework that empowers clients to find balance and well-being in every aspect of their lives.
With an MSW from Ohio State University and a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology from Capital University, Pam also holds advanced training in EMDR, grief counseling, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
