With a trauma-informed and strength-based approach, Whitney creates a safe space where clients feel respected, supported, and free to explore their concerns.

Whitney has extensive experience working with a range of concerns, including Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, Body Image Issues, Borderline Personality Disorder, Complex Trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Gender Identity and Sexuality Concerns, Grief and Loss, Depression, Career and Occupational Challenges, Life Transitions, Parenting, and Women’s Issues.

Her holistic approach combines evidence-based practices with compassion and a touch of humor, offering tailored support to help clients meet their therapy goals.

Whitney utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Whitney earned her Master’s degree from The University of Dayton in Dublin, Ohio. She is passionate about guiding her clients toward lasting growth, resilience, and balance in their lives.

Whitney offers services full time from our Clintonville location and via teletherapy.
